 Said I wasn't blogging any new things, just finishing off what I had started. That was a lie but this will be quick and I get lunch breaks! Was using them to study but I have done relatively well so far and am stuck. I was bothered by an article I read on huffington post the other day. Not having kids sing the anthem in school. To me this is going too far, with social justice or whatever you want to call in now. I had to sing it in the morning, didn't hurt me. I get taking the lords prayer out. We had to say that, "back in the day" Now there are so many people of different religions that maybe it has become inappropriate, I can give you that. HOWEVER why take away the anthem? Are we not all Canadian? People talk about lacking Canadian identity and we want to take away our national song? They claimed it is hyper nationalist. And? We should take pride in our nation. Second last old rant.... Circa 2010. No editing done.... Parts of it don't make much sense to me either lol...... I am saddened by the death of common courtesy. He was mostly a good friend, he never asked for much yet often he made a shitty day just slightly better. That one small act, known simply as common courtesy brought a small token of happiness to millions and I believe he has been killed. I am gonna start this with a bit of random praise! The Witcher series is amazing! The books which started the whole thing are so well written. If you are into fantasy I would go buy them right now. Start with the short stories and then move on to the actual series. Fantasy mixed with morality, very well done. Then came the games, Witcher 3 is probably my favorite game of all time. Crazy good. Hello Canada, Picture me in a nice house coat sitting in front of my laptop sipping a warm coffee writing to all of you. I would rather not have to write this but the thing is I am tired of hearing how our province, Alberta is the devil. Also I am pretty tired of hearing my province divided.
