Spoilers! Just a heads up. This blog is 92% pop culture and for TV and movies there are spoilers. Just a heads up as I am getting so tired of spoilers.... Let me wrap up House of the Dragon and Rings of Power. I REALLY enjoyed both. Rings of Power starts slow but the middle is very good. Plots push forward and things tie together nicely. If this is a spoiler to some I am sorry but I am confused. I thought Isuldur was king a LONG time after the fall of Nuemenor. Clearly he isnt, I assume we will see the fall and see him become the king of Gondor. Just saying thought it was a big time jump. Like doesn't he fall and he house of stewards rules Gondor for a long time? Like if thats right there are barely any kings of Gondor? NO wonder Boromir say "Gondor has no king. Gondor need no king." So what's good? I am constantly asking myself that. There are a million options now a days. Cable, which is going downhill, Disney Plus, Netflix and Prime are all the things we have. I could go on about a million shows I have watched over the years BUT I think I am going to say it has to have aired in the last 3. I also figure I need to keep it down two 1 or 2 per service or this will go on all day.  I have to start with Game of Thrones. I am not about to go deep into it because for 7 seasons it was the best show on T.V. Yes it had some slow moments and some gross moments but it might have been the best thing on T.V. I will go as far as to say ever. Then we had the final season, with no source material. Could we just redo it? I am not complaining because I didn't like it, that it wasn't an ending I wanted. I mean how often did that show do something fans didn't want. I rant because it really was awful. Arya killed the Night King. Sure that was awesome, but that's it...

So Game of Thrones ended. How did ya'll feel about the last season? Rushed, much? Ya me too. It was good, I am not saying it wasn't. What I am saying, why not 10 / 12 episodes?? And why did so many story lines end up meaning nothing! Who Jon really was did nothing. The entire Iron Fleet was pretty well useless and Euron was just a boring character. When they said he was going to make Ramsay look like a pansy I was excited. In the end he was a douche that got killed by a one armed man. The whole Knight King story was boring. Ya Arya killing him was awesome, but for 8 years of build up I just need to say WTF. The golden company, same thing. Complete waste of time. Could have slaughtered Kingslanding without ever mentioning them. BUT even saying that I liked the last season. Sansa had an amazing story and is the Queen in the North. I really need to stop blogging in the AM. It is supposed to be for "real" writing. But I am so bad at editing I have been avoiding doing it like the plague. HOWEVER for really real, I am gonna start, tomorrow... I am so closed to finish, then I need another person to edit. Plus I am insecure about it. So summer is almost over, and I haven't ranted in awhile!! So I guess today I am doing a fluff piece about my summer so far. It hasn't been amazing so far. I mean it hasn't been bad at all just pretty meh! First off on the writing front my chance to publish with Channillo expired but when I have something good enough or that I feel good enough I will ask them again. Plus if I wanna release bi weekly I will need a hella lot of chapters done to stay ahead. I have been working on a 30 day writing challenge but it ended up taking almost 90 because of my shitty wifi..... Also I think I am about to go through years of writing in my office and finally organize it. I wanna say this, summer is the best. So I am 2 sleeps away from Disney! I have never been there before and I will not lie, I was slightly iffy about about it. As an adult I thought really will it be that great? SO for writing this week I got nada done. Well I wrote maybe 5 more lines but that was it. I am thinking I might get some more done today. My big plans at work fell through but all in all it has been a good week. I am now only a week out from Disney! I will try and get a few blogs in while I am down there. One of my great regrets is in the traveling I have done not writing more down. Yes another first world problem but with a memory as shitty as mine can be I should write it out. Anywho......
