So this blog is unpolished, unedited. I just wanted to write some fun stuff between blogs on serious issues. I have been listening to audio books that are draining as well, interesting but not fun... Art of War, The Prince, 48 Laws of power. So this is just a quick fun one... Anyways I will start it Dear Mr. Feige.... With 3 or 4 streaming services, I still find myself falling back and watching classics like Daredevil and Punisher and starting the millionth rewatch of the Infinity Saga. Just watching the first couple Iron Man and Cap America 1, a person becomes painfully aware how bad the MCU phase 4 and 5 have been. Don't get me wrong, there has been a few highlights. Spiderman had cameos we all loved. Dr Strange I personally liked even though the working title should have been "No Wanda, don't! Bad!"  PAUSE. STOP. I was going to start bitching about how the overall product of the MCU has gone downhill. Then I started to think how many stinkers the Infinity Saga had ...

So we re-watched Infinity War and Endgame again. Then started on X men First Class. This opening isn't anything I haven't said before. I don't know how the MCU will make Phase 4 work. Tony and Steve were the heart of it all. Robert and Chris made these characters amazing and I am so not sure where they will go from their. Phase 4 I am sure will be a transition phase to be honest. They seem to be throwing a lot of "B" grade and down material at the wall to see what sticks. Some might, some I am sure won't. I am honestly excited for Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness. I never thought I would say I was excited for a Doc Strange movie. However all my hopes lie in the fact hopefully this can open good plot lines for Phase 4 OR it will simply be a phase to introduce the rights Disney acquired to round out the MCU. That's right, the Xmen and FF. Iron man and Cap are gone. Thor has 1 decent movie. The guardians are good but not a heart and soul. Cap Marvel ...

Okay, here it is my review. If you haven't watched and don't want spoilers click away right now! (I wanted this up earlier, bet since it is the biggest film of all time you all have seen it now!) If you have watched or don't give a crap have a read. My take on easily the greatest superhero movie ever and a movie up there with overall just the best movies of any kind anywhere. Ironman and Nebula is a funny scene. Just because both characters are so well played. Nebula's aggression and Tony just playing a game resigned to his fate. Of course Captain Marvel showed up. I think from the trailers alone we all knew Tony was trapped in space and who better to bring him back but her. PAUSE BREAK in review right there. I really need to stop blogging in the AM. It is supposed to be for "real" writing. But I am so bad at editing I have been avoiding doing it like the plague. HOWEVER for really real, I am gonna start, tomorrow... I am so closed to finish, then I need another person to edit. Plus I am insecure about it. Time for the second half of the MCU review............ The hidden gem, or Age of Ultron. Hear me out here. My first watch through I thought what a load of crap this one is. THEN a couple years later as the MCU expanded I had a new found respect for it. Ultron isn’t really the big thing, it is all the other things going on. Lets start with the lame. Like how or why does Hydra have the staff / infinity stone? And when did everyone, the Avengers I mean just hook up and start looking for that? The whole thing just doesn’t seem to get any traction. I mean I can’t put my finger on it BUT it just seems boring. HOWEVER this is the good… First we get a peek that Wakanda is coming. Then we Get Vision, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver. I am breaking my own rule and blogging when I said I wouldn’t. However I am doing it where I shouldn’t and keeping my mornings open for editing, so that’s not cheating myself right? Anyways with some blockbusters coming out and Punisher fresh out I think I need to break down the MCU. All 18 films and maybe the TV shows too. But before I do that I have to take a minute and talk about Stan the Man. The guy who started it all. The last decade of his life must have been amazing, to top of an already great life. The guy took a “childrens” medium and got to watch it blow up into pretty much the biggest movie franchise ever. Accomplishing a 1/10th of that would pretty much fulfill my life! I want to shout all over twitter how good Inifity War is. I want to tell everyone on Facebook the same! Everyone should know, but also I don't want to be that guy. The one who ruins it for everyone. So I am putting it right here, tons of spoilers ahead. If you don't want it ruined just stop reading right now......... Still here, okay here is my breakdown on the Avengers Infinty War. The good, the bad, the whole shabam! Right from the get go this is a great movie. It basicly sets the tone, death, destruction and one hell of a ride. My first beef starts with Xandar. Thanos somehow just walked in there and grabbed the stone. Keeping in mind he didn't have any stones to help him do that? I wish we could have at least seen something of that. Next how strong is Thanos? He easily over powers the Hulk but later has a hard time with Cap? So which is it? Super strong or just ya know really tough? But killing Loki and Heimdall that was bad ass. I don't think they will be back if...

I was reading a thread on Twitter again that got me scratching my head. About the Edmonton city police. Let me say I have no feelings on cops good or bad, really they are a none issue to me. Growing up in GP we only had the RCMP and they were great. Reasonable and fair. Ill say it I like the RCMP. Then I moved to Edmonton and a couple times I have been rather angry with the EPS. Like when I called in a stolen car and nothing was ever done. Or when two big cops used a friends head to open Essies bar door. She was just a tiny little woman BTW. But living and working in Ingewood, Queen Mary and Central McDougall I have seen really good cops to. So to me I guess it is like anything you can have good and you can have bad.
