So up to speed it is about spring 08. I have moved 10 times in the last 8 years. Quit college twice and am living with TCM and our two cats just off Whyte ave. No this isn't about Channing Tatum or those semi awful GI Joe movies. It is about something better! Hockey! See in Edmonton a few years back the Sport and Social club opened up. It was like the stars were all aligned in the right place at the right time.     By my best guessedamation it was 2008. Essc I don't think had been around all that long and for some reason we decided we needed a group team thing to do. Of course we all love hockey and a google search brought up the ESSC. a quick registration and a few hundred dollars later we were in. Our first team was all a group of friends. The Cobra. I LOVE PLAYON! Seriously, or at least lust! Day one is finished, we won 2 outta 3. And I “think” we should play tomorrow or that is the rumor. Our waitress on Bourbon said it is their busiest day so why force it on people, we are already headed in!! The other thing is most people are getting custom shirts. Ah hockey, the game I love another season has wrapped up. So this is my annual wrap up. That's a lie I have never done a wrap up, but here is my thoughts. The fackin Blackhawks won again. At this point whether I like 'em or not is irrelevant. I may have to admit the are becoming a modern dynasty. As much as I hate Kane I like Toews so I guess it is good with the bad. So I am 2 sleeps away from Disney! I have never been there before and I will not lie, I was slightly iffy about about it. As an adult I thought really will it be that great? SO for writing this week I got nada done. Well I wrote maybe 5 more lines but that was it. I am thinking I might get some more done today. My big plans at work fell through but all in all it has been a good week. I am now only a week out from Disney! I will try and get a few blogs in while I am down there. Annoyed is how I would describe myself right now. The last few weeks have been so annoying for some reason.Maybe its the grey sky, maybe its my itchy nuts I dunno. Ah hockey!! Canada's game, even if "officially" it is lacrosse. How can you have an official game anyways? But that's beside the point. Either way Canada is hockey - hockey is Canada. It is a huge part of my life and most of my friends. When the guys get together, it is what is on the T.V. Or if a video game is on that's what it is. We have framed jerseys and jerseys we wear.
