Promise for the last time I am going to rant about men's league ball hockey. Well at least for this season, or for awhile. I hate sandbaggers. It should be a rule if a person is good enough to compete in say div 4, they should not be allowed to play in 9. Now yes this would screw me a bit. My friend Cook wouldn't be allowed to sub, which I would miss but overall I think it would make the league better. Yes it might be bitterness BUT when a team is stacked it is lame. And I get wanting to pad points, but what kind of person wants to drop like that?? I prefer a challenge! Ya I wish I had more points but I wouldn't want to win games like I do on a video game.... So Game of Thrones ended. How did ya'll feel about the last season? Rushed, much? Ya me too. It was good, I am not saying it wasn't. What I am saying, why not 10 / 12 episodes?? And why did so many story lines end up meaning nothing! Who Jon really was did nothing. The entire Iron Fleet was pretty well useless and Euron was just a boring character. When they said he was going to make Ramsay look like a pansy I was excited. In the end he was a douche that got killed by a one armed man. The whole Knight King story was boring. Ya Arya killing him was awesome, but for 8 years of build up I just need to say WTF. The golden company, same thing. Complete waste of time. Could have slaughtered Kingslanding without ever mentioning them. BUT even saying that I liked the last season. Sansa had an amazing story and is the Queen in the North. I really need to stop blogging in the AM. It is supposed to be for "real" writing. But I am so bad at editing I have been avoiding doing it like the plague. HOWEVER for really real, I am gonna start, tomorrow... I am so closed to finish, then I need another person to edit. Plus I am insecure about it. Surprised I can admit that, I reread and even wonder if it is good. I hit parts I really like and parts I personally think aren't so what do I do? I am getting old, I know it from the Rainmaker last night. First I went to the country night which I never likely would have done years prior. Second I found drunks annoying! I don't think I could handle a bar anymore. People spilling, people falling, people bumping into you. For some reason I used to like this! Now I will be honest the daisy duke parade was nice. However I a willing to bet half them girls or more were there to get white girl wasted more than see the acts. Also the guys made me laugh, lot of clean cowboy boots. Like they don't get worn much. Not that I should say much I don't even own cowboy boots. The lineup was good. I have never heard of Emo Leblanc, but he was good. I have to say the most actual country of all the bands. River Town Saints also was new to me, they are pretty damn good BUT they are totally new country. I mean when they started playing fiddy cent I laughed. So summer is almost over, and I haven't ranted in awhile!! So I guess today I am doing a fluff piece about my summer so far. It hasn't been amazing so far. I mean it hasn't been bad at all just pretty meh! First off on the writing front my chance to publish with Channillo expired but when I have something good enough or that I feel good enough I will ask them again. Plus if I wanna release bi weekly I will need a hella lot of chapters done to stay ahead. I have been working on a 30 day writing challenge but it ended up taking almost 90 because of my shitty wifi..... Also I think I am about to go through years of writing in my office and finally organize it. I wanna say this, summer is the best. I love walking around the neighbourhood at night smelling backyard fires. I love wearing shorts, tees shirts and sandals and hellz ya I like watching the girls of summer!
