Hello Canada, Picture me in a nice house coat sitting in front of my laptop sipping a warm coffee writing to all of you. I would rather not have to write this but the thing is I am tired of hearing how our province, Alberta is the devil. Also I am pretty tired of hearing my province divided. So in my house coat even though I am only 34 I will kindly explain whats wrong with all this like a grand father to children. Or Yoda as he is pretty f'ing wise. So lets start with the broken province, my home Alberta. Lets be honest 44 years in power was an amazing feat. AND you cant say that was all on good times because many who live here remember when times weren't great (The 80s. It wasn't just bad music, movies and blow. The economy did suck!) SO for argument sake lets say the PC were doing something right. You don't stay in democratic government for 44 years by doing wrong. I am way to lazy to look it up but in a REAL democracy I think that might be a record! Now lets als...

I don't even know were to start. The PC was "The Party" in Alberta. As close to a true Dynasty in the modern democratic world as there ever has been. And they were lucky enough to b in control of one of the richest provinces around. Some how they blew it! Not even blew it they imploded. From an uncontested ruling party to a group that all together couldn't vote down anything, even with the help of every other party. How did they get there?? And what is in store for this great land of Alberta. First off, poor leadership choices. King Ralph was one of the most loved leaders this province has ever known. He was an every man. Not a party made John Everyman but a real down to earth hard drinking Albertan. Hell in an infamous picture he is drinking with the Hells Angels. In another one he is giving the "bird" to someone, I assume a journalist.  But he knew when his run was done and stepped down. They replaced him with a farmer. Seriously?? Nothing against you fa...

All right I am a month? and a half behind. As per normal.... But the Alberta provincial budget dropped. Enough with the whining!! Please my ears are starting to bleed! I wanna take a few minutes to rant about it but before that lets just look at what led to this budget. It is what 40 years now PC has been the "party" in Alberta. Jimmy might have set people off saying look in the mirror but people LOOK IN THE MIRROR. If you vote the same party in for 40 years what are you expecting??? But I guess we can blame lack of options. Do the Liberals even have a party?? NDP nah NDPlease! lol. Ya no that is awful but my greatest fear is these guys get voted in. Not based on their ideals cause I do like them. The problem is for every good idea they come up with, they don't have a way to make it work while cutting back on our main industries... Then the one party that seemed like a real threat turned out to be turn coats who joined the PC. So ya I think it is good we didn't vote...

When I say two queens I wish I meant to gay dudes in a slap fight like Russian hockey players. I don't, I mean the sad state our provincial government has fallen into. Lets time travel some. The "grassroots" Wildrose party looked like the might give the PC machine a run for its money. A smart younger female leader is a fresh face. A bit right wing is fine in Alberta. Some of the more extreme views can be swept under the rug right? I mean we have a lot of good ole boys in this province right. But this didn't even seem like a division of politics, it seemed personal. Wildrose didn't care if the voters didn't vote for them, just don't vote PC! It came right from the would be queens mouth. We need to clear out this old boy, 1 party mess!!! From the fire in her eyes and passion in her voice people could get behind the would be queen!
