So I started this one a month or more ago. Couldn't seem to fill it and then one day it all came tumbling out. There ended up being more Abpoli and Cdnpoli than I had planned. So I mean skip it if you don't want. Sure there is the normal comics, movies, games and such as well. I guess just a heads up, it is a real mixed bag and you may want to skip parts....  This is just a quick blog that was a tweet, that just got too long. So the EA Inquiry is done. Or as you may know, it did we need the War Measure Act?  I will be up front, I hate the liberal party and I am pretty sure Justin Trudeau is literally the WORST PM Canada has ever had.  This whole Will Smith thing is crazy. My very first question is was it even real? You can't tell me it didn't look scripted. Next thing I saw a lot of people ask, what is this supposed to keep our eyes off? All of social media yesterday was about Willy, nothing else so what were our eyes being kept away from. (Yes that is a bit of a conspiracy minded thought but hey...) Part of me says good for big willy to stick up for his wife. The other part says WTF.  If you follow my twitter you may have already seen a smaller version of this statement earlier, this won't really be a blog post per say just a statement on history, the War Measures and and how I see it. First I am utterly disgusted with Jagmeet and the NDP. You had a chance to do the right thing for Canada and you caved. Every chance you get you claim it was a failure of Justins and you had a chance to show it but instead you caved. Now I understand you aren't ready for an election if a confidence vote failed. The fact is though yes you are. If an election was called and the NDP had done the right thing, you would have gained. The Liberals would have lost some support and not all that would have went to the Cons. Jagmeet you would have gained, if you were only looking at the politics.  I was going to move away from politics, honestly. I wanted to write about my dogs, I like them more than I like most people BUT right now I need to rant about Castro junior and his overstep. This was going to be its own separate blog but I think I can get my thoughts down to a small paragraph. People in the media in their day to day life should not live in fear. I get that yes some jobs might be scary but day to day reporters shouldn't be in fear. The fact is a couple mornings ago Global had a segment on how it has gotten scary and that isn't right. People shouldn't be threatening reporters. The true fact is you can point the finger back at Trump and his "Fake News" as a spark for this and it isn't right. HOWEVER Trump wasn't wrong on the fact a lot of news now is fake OR at least very spun.... Depending on whether you are following CBC or Rebel news you will get very different ideas on the trucker protest. Neither is "wrong" per say.  Its that time again. We need to pick our fearless leader for the next few years. Let me be 100% honest, I love democracy. There literally isn't a better system, what I don't like is our broken democracy. Not that I don't like it actually, I think it needs tweeked. Before I start let me give you a bit of a back story on this. I saw a post on social media the other day. It was a map of the Canadian provinces. There was a line drawn between Ontario and the East with the West and the North on the other side. With the comment, until this changes nothing changes. It showed the East having 231 seats and the West and North only having 107. The implication is the East really has the power and out here we really don't matter. This is true, both the fact and the implication. Really by the time the results are in from Ontario we can usually tell our government. Ya Democracy!
