Wokeness is a disease. I have 0 problem stating the truth. The fact is the meaning if you google is alert to injustice, especially racism. Now that in itself is GOOD! I would HOPE most of us can agree on that. It has just went way past that. It has become self righteous virtue signaling. That basically the world should now be a free for all and if we don't accept everything everyone says or feels we are bad! The irony is the woke people won't wokely accept the people who don't agree with them. I thought that was the whole thing or the basis of it, acceptance.  This whole Will Smith thing is crazy. My very first question is was it even real? You can't tell me it didn't look scripted. Next thing I saw a lot of people ask, what is this supposed to keep our eyes off? All of social media yesterday was about Willy, nothing else so what were our eyes being kept away from.  A few weeks back I started a blog why Nolans Dark Knight Trilogy is the best comic movies ever. I will finish it and get it out but for now I am writing on the two newest ones. I had a week off and finally had a chance to see them. 2 of the 4 movies I really wanna see this year. The other 2 being Secrets of Dumbledore and Dr. Strange. SO if you thought this was gonna be my pick of a fight between Spidey and Bats sorry it isn't. Bats always wins if he has time to prep.... Also should go without saying Spoilers ahead! First half is spidey if you wanna skip that, second is Bats if you wanna skip that. Spidey is the most important MCU movie to date. That doesn't mean best or my fav but it has the biggest impact on the MCU. It flat out states every Marvel movie you have seen, good or bad happened.  Mexico time number 5! Twice at a private condo and this is time number 3 at an all inclusive. First off 3AM is an ungodly hour. If you are up until 3 that's one thing and my old ass is tired if I do that now BUT getting up at 3 is ungodly. I am a morning person and it still hurts 5am fine 3 ouch. But I got up, took my dogs out for a pee, made a coffee and tried to poop. NO success on the last even though every other morning a single sip of coffee and I am good to go. Had a shower finished packing the last few things I needed, my wife is a packer. When we go somewhere if you need it ask her and she will have it. So this time I said throw a bit of your stuff in my bag so it isn't over the limit. When we got there she was a couple pounds under and I was less than a pound over. So they put a red sticker on my and we are good to go. That means though we had 98LBS of luggage.... Anyways my mother inlaw drove us to the airport. From here it goes down hill.  If you follow my twitter you may have already seen a smaller version of this statement earlier, this won't really be a blog post per say just a statement on history, the War Measures and and how I see it. First I am utterly disgusted with Jagmeet and the NDP. You had a chance to do the right thing for Canada and you caved. Every chance you get you claim it was a failure of Justins and you had a chance to show it but instead you caved. Now I understand you aren't ready for an election if a confidence vote failed. The fact is though yes you are. If an election was called and the NDP had done the right thing, you would have gained. The Liberals would have lost some support and not all that would have went to the Cons. Jagmeet you would have gained, if you were only looking at the politics.  I was going to move away from politics, honestly. I wanted to write about my dogs, I like them more than I like most people BUT right now I need to rant about Castro junior and his overstep.  Its a mixed bag again, so if you aren't here for both politics and pop culture you may want to skip parts.... This was going to be its own separate blog but I think I can get my thoughts down to a small paragraph. People in the media in their day to day life should not live in fear. I get that yes some jobs might be scary but day to day reporters shouldn't be in fear. The fact is a couple mornings ago Global had a segment on how it has gotten scary and that isn't right. People shouldn't be threatening reporters. The true fact is you can point the finger back at Trump and his "Fake News" as a spark for this and it isn't right.
