I have to say this article started June 26th. A lot of things came up and I didn't get it printed until now so some is dated BUT that doesn't change how I feel on this topic. So let's start off with my position on religion. I don't mind it, it isn't for me, but people seem to find strength and solace in it. SO all the power to them. Now my biggest issues comes with organized religion. It is just like people. A person is smart, a group is dumb. Same concept applies. A person can worship god whenever, wherever. Or that is what I have been told, it doesn't have to be in a church. So a person by themselves can be smart, church.... Now you have god involved and devotion to that will make people do AWFUL things. I am not saying that just for Catholics but ALL religions. So that's how I feel about that.  3, I currently have 3 blogs half done NOT counting this one. So I aim to finish them, just been a lot going on with my head full of ideas and none flow together great. So this is a mixed bag...  Welp Derek Chauvin is guilty of murdering George Floyd. He is, I am not going to say otherwise, had he not been kneeling on George there is a fairly good chance George would still be alive today. I am not about to say what he would be doing because like pretty much every murder victim with a shady past I have heard he was a saint and I have heard he was still a criminal. The fact is he had meth and fentanyl in his system when he died. Law abiding citizens should not have that in their systems.... But no that doesn't mean he deserved what happened, I am simply pointing out facts. So much of this case hasn't really dealt with facts but with emotions.  The original Justice league was not a bad movie. Also the Zac Snyder cut is not really an amazing movie. It is pretty simple, the original was rushed out to compete with the Infinity War and that was just a bad idea... As I have said before. So let me quickly fix DC Man of Steel was awesome. If you wanted to make a DCEU MoS was a great start. It sets the darker tone than Marvel making it clear it isn't just going to be a clone of the MCU. The original Wonder Woman was also SO GOOD! Full disclosure I am a Marvel guy. DC never really did it for me. Superman was never a big thing and I honestly don't think to this day I own a Wonder Woman comic. These 2 movies actually made me care about DC. But right there you already screwed up DC! It went MoS, Bats V Supes (DoJ) then WW. Nope, WRONG if anything it should have been MoS, WW, a Batman movie then DoJ and DoJ should be considered the first Justice League movie. So this one took a bit longer than I thought started a few weeks back. Between pup, school and such haven't had a chance to write as much sorry if some is dated....  So I made some people angry this week, online. Again. Edmonton had a COLD snap! I think it was record breaking. Our city put out emergency extreme weather plans for the homeless, which is a good idea. I am sure people could die pretty quick in this shit. Our furnace broke down and that was bad enough, I could not imagine being out in it. That's the background, now some more background.
