Rap is a funny kinda music. Or genre I guess I should say. You literally can make a name for yourself by shitting on, "dissing" someone else. Like you might hear of a disagreement between say Garth Brooks and Alan Jackson BUT  not writing songs that are attack songs. PS that was fictional idea I don't think there is a "beef" there. Anyways I just have to laugh about people trying to do that to make a name. Face it Eminem is the biggest star in rap, like him or not. SO you see people taking shots at him. Look at MGK earlier this year and now Nick Cannon. Seriously, weren't you on Nickelodeon and in that drum line movie. NO one respects you in rap, just quit while your ahead. I Yoga'd! I want a bumper sticker that says that. Okay it wasn't the first time. I had done "relaxation" yoga before. I enjoyed it, There wasn't much to it, ground poses and a lot of time to think This new one was kind of the same. Slightly more intense. Plus much warmer and not even so called hot yoga. Like the Butterfly pose. Wow it pointed out I have old man hips. It still had a lot of laying on the ground. Internalizing. But with other lower body poses. Ones that told me yes you need to stretch more. I am at a loss though, when they tell you to relax your mind what the goal is. Maybe my mind is too relaxed, with TV, books, video games, writing. I don't sit and worry too much until I need to. Laying there trying to think of nothing, literally crowded my mind with everything. So for the general relaxing part of it not so sure... This time I am not breaking our trip out into each day, I have been here 3 times now. But a brief summary, is a nice easy blog. When we landed in LA it was 32 degrees, just after 3 PM. I got a lot of butthurt here to deal with, so let's get this quick rant started. I don't particularly like Don Cherry, when coaches corner comes on I tend to go do anything from take a dump to make a snack. To me he is over rated, he isn't someone like Scotty Bowman. He isn't a Stanley Cup winning icon, but a guy who used goon hockey to win. BUT never won the big show! (Saying that I do know he has some record for most guys in a single season to break 20 goals) I just have never really seen him as more than a loud mouth. He called Crosby (Hard to admit this but probably the best player in the game) A hot dog. Well Duh old man, at that point he was a young superstar! Ovi almost made his head explode. He criticized Yakupov for something Theo Fleury did and he though was just fine (Cause Theo is Canadian). The fact is he is a dinosaur of a long gone era of hockey. So we got stomped again. Twice now we have been mercied. I am sitting on my single assist. So no I am not super happy with my own playing. I guess I shouldn't be too hard on myself. The fact is I am eligible to play in legends league. The old man league. I am being schooled by guys literally 20 years younger, that played hockey growing up. It is just hard to swallow in a fun league I can't seem to get a few points a game. I can face the facts, I was never "good" per say, even in fun league. Not like some people. Cook, The Frenchman, Candy (If you read my old blogs) but I could put up some points. I did in a crazy lucky game get 7 goals. Now I got 18 games and get 1 assist. It is getting harder to swallow! I have always like Batman, when it came to DC I figure he was by far the best. One of the biggest things he has going for him though is a memorable rogues gallery. Let's be honest some are just bad ones and have been shelved over the years but some are some of the most iconic villains in comics and 1 tops them all. The most iconic of all is the Joker. I took time to watch part of one debate. Of course I have paid attention on social media and we as a people have hit a new low. It isn't about party or even policy anymore. It has become personal attacks, many of which make high school kids look mature. That's sad, there is no other word for it. The fact is it is down to a two party system really. Cons and Libs. While the NDP has some voters, I am fairly certain they will never form a government, same as the greens. The bloc is only in one province and even though they have way too many seats there, they still won't ever be able form government. So really we are looking at one of two choices.
