 Welp Derek Chauvin is guilty of murdering George Floyd. He is, I am not going to say otherwise, had he not been kneeling on George there is a fairly good chance George would still be alive today. I am not about to say what he would be doing because like pretty much every murder victim with a shady past I have heard he was a saint and I have heard he was still a criminal. The fact is he had meth and fentanyl in his system when he died. Law abiding citizens should not have that in their systems.... But no that doesn't mean he deserved what happened, I am simply pointing out facts. So much of this case hasn't really dealt with facts but with emotions. While we are on the emotion part here, Derek was never going to get a "fair" trial. This incident polarized a nation, hell it polarized the western world. 12 Trumptards and he might have walked free.  The original Justice league was not a bad movie. Also the Zac Snyder cut is not really an amazing movie. It is pretty simple, the original was rushed out to compete with the Infinity War and that was just a bad idea... As I have said before. So let me quickly fix DC Man of Steel was awesome. If you wanted to make a DCEU MoS was a great start. It sets the darker tone than Marvel making it clear it isn't just going to be a clone of the MCU. The original Wonder Woman was also SO GOOD! Full disclosure I am a Marvel guy. DC never really did it for me. Superman was never a big thing and I honestly don't think to this day I own a Wonder Woman comic. These 2 movies actually made me care about DC. But right there you already screwed up DC! It went MoS, Bats V Supes (DoJ) then WW. So this one took a bit longer than I thought started a few weeks back. Between pup, school and such haven't had a chance to write as much sorry if some is dated....  So I made some people angry this week, online. Again. Edmonton had a COLD snap! I think it was record breaking. Our city put out emergency extreme weather plans for the homeless, which is a good idea. I am sure people could die pretty quick in this shit. A simple google search told me what I already knew, he did 10 years for a murder here in Edmonton, after that he was charged in an operation to curb violence and drugs in Calgar...

 I am supposed to be on the road a bunch. 2020 hasn't let me do that much. (Yes I started this blog a while ago) So my podcast listening went way down. I take the dog out ever day and get a few minutes in there but overall, listening way down.... I was digging the Danger Cats and Spittin Chiclets a lot before this lock down BS. Also a local movie one I Have Some Notes was (Still is) high up on the list. They are teaching me I really don't dig to deep into movies lol. I like big explosions or epic sprawling storylines. It seems there is more to movies than that! Get off my Lawn is another one I enjoy. It only has a couple episodes out but I dug the horror movie one. The other is an intro and if you are into pop culture this might be a good one to pick up.
