I saw a tweet a few days ago that made me get to thinking about things "Is taking your kid to drag shows child abuse?" Referencing drag queen story time. Let me answer that. No, it really isn't. On the flip side, does it do anything good for your child? No, it doesn't, anyone taking a kid to a drag show also isn't doing them any good either. They are gaining nothing of value, other than maybe getting a good story read to them..... You're taking your children to drag shows for yourself, if you are honest. I read the tweets on this thread and they were all either "Its horrible!" or "Us non hateful people like going" Look at that simple line. It doesn't say my child is getting A,B or C from going, no it says us none hateful people. Its a way for parents to say look at me!
