2012 started out exactly how 2011 ended. Even what I did weekly was pretty much the same. It was early on though something big happened, not even to me but I was happy for it. Frenchman asked Amazing to be his wife! Typical guy fashion though. He did it on a Sunday morning I believe, then a few hours later he comes over and we go play shinny. Him and Bud have a drink after at my place then go home. No mention of anything. Next day at work one of the ladies comes over to me all excited and says aren't you happy for Frenchman. I asked why? She said well he is your friend you would think you would know he is getting married. WTF! SO I go looking for him and asked if the lady was crazy. The Frenchman he laughs and say oh ya that's true I did ask her yesterday. But he forgot to tell me! Anyways that was cool. I think it was pretty quick after that we all got our invites. Lets start with we were in the fall of 2010. Living in TCMs uncles house. I was still hating my go nowhere job. TCM was looking for a clinic, but at least could still work for KTs dad in the office. The fact was it was a rut. Nothing was changing. Or maybe that is growing up? Just eat, sleep, work and that's about it. Little did I know things were really about to change. Lets fast forward to early December like Xmas party season. KTs house had come to a boil. CJ was a mess. When she showed up to the staff Xmas party she was a mess. KT decided it was time for her to move out. I picked up a drunk Amazing, KT and TCM at the end of their party. Fun side note it was at the hotel Mac. We saw the Blackhawks that night and might have taken a couple bottles of wine from the bar.... maybe. Anyways as CJ was passed out in the basement we discussed what to do. It is Sunday, a great day for a rant. I don't have a single thing to ramble about today just some random stuff that has been piling up. As always I didn't win the lotto and have to go back to work Tuesday. On the job front I am still enjoying my job, would love to move to "outside" sales but who knows when that will happen.... Oh and still not a published writer. The more I sit back and think about it the more I like Neil Gaiman. The guy has done everything! Books, TV, movies, comics! That would be my dream! Need to get working for that though, shit I am almost 40. Let's talk hockey cause I like to. Parents took me to the Det V Oil game last Sunday. First time I have seen the Wings win live.                                               The New House                                         Late summer 2009ish I think is about where we can jump in. I was moving for the 12th time in the nine years since I left home. Moving was starting to be something I detested! But this one, this was the best one. Everyone showed up, on time and sober. KT and I went to get a trailer to move our big stuff, that took maybe half an hour but by the time we we were there was enough help almost everything else was loaded. For the first and maybe only time ever we were done by noon. And the fun began. I think we had bought a 24 of beer and burgers to bbq for lunch. That flew by,  we now lived behind a liquor store. So we bought a bottle of Wisers this time and some more beer (By the end of living here the old man who ran the liquor store called me Mr. Wisers) That lasted much of the afternoon.
