I really need to stop blogging in the AM. It is supposed to be for "real" writing. But I am so bad at editing I have been avoiding doing it like the plague. HOWEVER for really real, I am gonna start, tomorrow... I am so closed to finish, then I need another person to edit. Plus I am insecure about it. Surprised I can admit that, I reread and even wonder if it is good. I hit parts I really like and parts I personally think aren't so what do I do? Last year around this time I was writing for Fan Side Seats. Google it, its an alright little web page. But it was changing direction and I am not in that direction. The best part of the NHL year is upon us. Let me breakdown the road to the Stanley Cup, or at least as I see it for all ya all! By the way I was right last year! BUT I had been riding on the Caps winning for a decade or so, so there is that fact. But here is Tavis' predictions this years Western Conference Calgary V Colorado - It will be nice to see the flames fans sad when Calgary implodes. I am not certain it will be the first round. They have the momentum and the talent to win this one. A great regular season does not always make a good playoff run. This is the closest series in the playoffs is my guess. Calgary in 6 though. San Jose V Las Vegas - Yes we all remember last year. The Knights shocked the world until the finals. Not this year. If I was to find out hockey was fixed I would cry, it looked like it last year. So Captain Marvel is out now. I am prewarning you below has spoilers! If you don’t want them then quit reading right now! If not and you just want a review / my thoughts then keep on reading. This is my last Marvel big screen blog until after End Game. Thinking about a bit of the Netflix universe but not sure if I will do it or not. This was a good MCU movie. It wasn’t great. It couldn’t have launched the MCU the way RDJ did with Iron man. Having said that though I think at this point no movie could. It is almost like this came out at the wrong time. Anything between Infinity War and End Game is going to feel like filler…. But if rumors are true, marvel is staking a whole lot on this. Supposedly signing a 7 movie deal for Brie Larsen. She will be the new RDJ. First what does that mean for him? Are we losing Tony? Also what does that mean for the MCU, more space movies? Is the next “phase” going to be about space?
